We are dedicated to serving our clients with attention to detail and your complete satisfaction. Thank you for booking your date with us, we will review your information and get back to you within a few days to let you know if we can accomodate your request.

It is very important that you fill the form out as completely and accurately as possible. We will determine our ability to serve you, and others, based upon the information you submit in this form. For example, if you state that you have chosen a wedding package or budget for approximately $500.00 and we have a wedding in our system for the same date and the same amount we will accept your date and book your wedding. If you then tell us later that you really need a wedding with a budget in the $2500. range we will have overbooked the date.

Please read the following information very carefully. Our policies are designed in order to provide you with the highest level of service and design excellence available on the Central Coast. Weddings require a great deal of time, talent and resources to insure that your day is perfect in every way.

Purpose of this Form

Use this form to book our consultation services. Upon submission of your booking we will review the information you provide to determine if we are able to accomodate your request. Please make certain to fill in all fields so that we can make an accurate determination. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the booking request is substantially different than the actual event. Allow one week or less for our response.

Booking Policy

Our booking policy is based solely upon our ability to perform our work in an exceptional manner. We review the overall size or a wedding request, the date of the booking and consider it along with the season to determine how many weddings we can reasonably serve that week. We do not base our bookings upon race, religion or sexual orientation. All clients are welcome and are treated with caring respect.

You are specifically agreeing to the following

  1. I understand and agree that, if my wedding or event date is accepted by Rose of Sharon Florist, my booking fee is non-refundable, however, my fee will be applicable to my completed wedding order.
  2. I further understand and agree that if my account is not Paid in Full by my final due date that my flowers will not be ordered until payment is received and substitutions may be required.
